Please read these Terms of Service (Terms of Service or ToS) carefully before accessing our application and website.

Our ToS may change from time to time to reflect updates to our application and website. Please review the updated date at the top of the ToS to ensure you have read the latest version.

By accessing and using our application and website, you signify your acceptance of our policies and ToS, including any updated versions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our application and website.

Who May Use Our Services (User)

These ToS govern the relationship between the Snaptik application (Snaptik App) and Users who access the Snaptik App and/or use the products and services provided through the Snaptik App (Snaptik Products and Services).

These ToS form a mutual agreement between you, whether an individual or an entity (You or User), or a group of individuals or entities (You or Users), and the developer of Snaptik Products and Services (Snaptik).

By accessing or using Snaptik Products and Services, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted our ToS.

Materials Related to Our Services

Snaptik creates and develops content, information, graphics, documents, text, products, and all other elements offered through the Snaptik App (Content or Materials) for your free and personal use, subject to the terms outlined in this document.

By accessing and using Snaptik App, you agree to be bound by our ToS and the conditions contained herein.

Users’ Obligations

You agree to use Snaptik App, Products, and Services only for purposes permitted by our ToS and by any applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices in relevant jurisdictions.

Snaptik IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS COMMITTED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY AT YOUR REQUEST.

You specifically agree that your use of Snaptik App, Products, and Services does not contravene the laws of:

  1. Your country, state, or locality of residence; or

  2. The country, state, or locality where Snaptik operates.

Intellectual Property

(1) Trademark

Snaptik respects trademark rights and complies with applicable laws. Our trademark Snaptik™ is created by and belongs exclusively to Snaptik.

When referring to our Services, Content, or App:

  • Use the exact format Snaptik™, without modification, spacing, or alteration.

  • Do not associate Snaptik™ with any other individuals, entities, applications, websites, goods, or services not belonging to Snaptik.

  • We reserve all rights to address misuse, misrepresentation, or infringement of our trademark.

We appreciate Users who report potential trademark violations.

(2) Copyright

Snaptik respects copyrights and complies with copyright laws.

  • Users are responsible for the content they interact with when using Snaptik App.

  • Snaptik provides support for Users to download content from links they paste into the App for legitimate personal interests.

  • We only display original content posted by Users on supported platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download and use such content.

  • Users may only use downloaded videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Snaptik cannot verify the legality of each individual piece of content. If violations are detected, we will ban Users from using the App and Services.

  • Snaptik does not back up or archive Users’ downloaded content.

We appreciate reports of suspected misuse or infringement.

(3) Use License

We grant Users permission to temporarily download one copy of the Content and Materials for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This license does not transfer ownership. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, distribute, or duplicate the Materials;

  • Use the Materials for any commercial purpose or public display;

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices;

  • Transfer the Materials to another person or “mirror” them on another server.

(4) Disclaimer

The Content and Materials on Snaptik App are provided to serve Users’ legitimate interests. Snaptik makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Snaptik does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the Materials or any linked sites.

Privacy

We operate Snaptik App in accordance with our Privacy Policy to ensure that Users’ personal information is protected and not disclosed to third parties.

Accuracy of Content and Materials

Content and Materials on Snaptik App may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Snaptik does not warrant that any Materials are accurate, complete, or current. Changes may be made at any time without notice.

Links

Snaptik has no responsibility for third-party websites linked from our App. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the User’s own risk.

Modifications to Terms of Service

These ToS may be amended by Snaptik at any time, with notice provided by one or more of the following methods:

  • Posting updates on the main page of the website;

  • Displaying notice upon login to your User Account (if applicable);

  • Sending an email to the address linked to your User Account.

You are responsible for reviewing updated ToS each time you access our Services. Failure to maintain accurate contact information does not remove your responsibility to comply with updated terms.

Using another person’s identity or contact information is strictly prohibited and considered fraud. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
